http:/www.youtube.com/watch?v=CG2T7upUVAk

The Character we are going to be talking about is James P. Sullivan From Monstores Inc produced by Walt Disnay. It was animated by Pixar Animation Studio's created by Darla K. Anderson and the voice of John Goodman. It was released in november the 2nd of 2001. In the UK, Ireland and Malta, it earned £37,264,502 in total, making the sixth highest-grossing animated film of all time in the counrty and for worldwide it made a total of $562,816,256.

MainBody:

James P. Sullivan also known as 'Sully' or 'Kitty' is a huge monster that looks like a cat with shaggy blue fur with purple spots around his body, he also has two horns on his head, and a long tail. His a friendly and polite monster and when he wants to be he can be scary.

The music they use in the in move make the audience emotians change for example when boo has to go back home at the end, they put a sad insturmental therefore it make people feel depressed but as the movie carrys on they change the insturmental to a joyful instrumental making the audience feel happy because they done the right thing.

The effetc that they have used in this movie is Cel animation. They use this effect because it make the cartoon look more realistic. An example is the fur of 'Sully' the Cel animation make the fur looks more shine, bright and realistic then how it would look if you draw it with out using Cel animation.

Conclude:

The advantage of this animation is that it make the character outstanding. Therefore the audience that are mostly children, it would catch there attention and because of the colour that they used. Also it makes the character look more realist therefore not only children will watch it, it will also catch the attention of some adults that like cartoons aswell.

The disadvantage of this animation is that at some point of the film the lighting (Colour & Brightness) sometimes goes to a draker colour. For example at the beginning of the film the brightness of 'Sully' fur would be outstanding but as it get to the end the colour of the fur starts to go at some point.

The techni they have used for Monster Ink has been succesfully because the movie has been world wide and it has still be put on TV channels for children, also it has been sold in different stores world wide, For example in the UK they sell it in the Wal disney store. Its been so succesfully that they tooken out a new one called Monster University and was realsed in June 21st of 2013. Also the new movie has been a succese to Walt Disney and also been world wide.

The character we are going to be talking about is Gromit from Wallace&Gromet TV episods & Film produced by Nick Park. It was animated by Aard Animations. As you my know Gromet does not make any sounds or doesnt speak. They realsed there first short episod in 1989, it was called 'A Grand Day Out' nominated from the Academy Award for Best Animated Short Film. In 1996 it made $1,009,577 world wide. In 2005 they made a new film called 'Wallec&Gromit The Curse of the were-Rabbit' and made £34,974,666.95 in the U.K and for worldwide it made a total of $192,610,372

Main Body:

Gromite is a white dog with brown ears and tail, he doesnt have hair or fur and he has a big black nose. Gromit is wallace's pet dog and best friend. Gromit is more intelligent than wallace, he likes knitting, playing chess, reading the newpaper and cooking.

The music they use in the movies are usally classic and olden days music, making there movies sound like an adventure. In there movies they make the viewers/audience emotinas change for example at the end of the movie of 'Wallace&Gromit The Curse of the Were-Rabbit' it shows a scene were thet think wallace is dead and the backgorund music make use feel more depressed then how we actually feel.

The effects that they have use in this movie's is Claymation animation, also known as Clay animation. They used this animation because its an old way of entertainting people because you dont really see these types of cartoon no more.

Conclude:

The advantage of this animation is that it's an old school animation there for the viewers/audience who are watching the TV episods or film are going to be entertained because you dont really see these types of cartoon any more, therefore people will want to see how they use to watch cartoons and how they use to make them.

The disadvantgae of this animation is that its time wasting because for every movment they do they have to take a picture, you would also have to do alot of planning and have a lot of patenece. Another disadvantage of this animation is that every little thing you want to put in the background it has to be made out of clay.

The technique they have used for Wallace&Gromit is successful because the moive has been sold and put on tv in other parts of the world. It also on TV channels (mostly in christmas in the U.K) and there movies are still been sold online and stores around the U.K. This Cartoon has been so succesful that they had to take a movie out because it started of as a TV programme. It also made £34.974,666.95 just in the U.K just of the film 'Wallace&Gromit Cruse of the Were-Rabbit'.
